What we do
UptimeGrid is a cloud-hosted (SaaS) distributed uptime monitoring platform. Customers deploy lightweight agents inside their own networks — cloud VPCs, on-prem data centers, edge locations — and our hosted hub aggregates the results into a real-time Source × Destination matrix that shows exactly which network path is failing when something breaks.
Why we built it
Traditional uptime tools like Uptime Kuma or Pingdom monitor from a single location. That's fine when your entire stack lives in one place — but in modern hybrid cloud environments, services span multiple VNets, subnets, cloud providers, VPN tunnels, and on-prem networks. Each path has its own routing, NSGs, and firewalls. A single probe simply can't tell you whether SQL is down or whether VNet-A just lost its peering to the database tier.
We built UptimeGrid to answer that question instantly: instead of asking "is the service up?", we let you ask "which networks can reach which services right now?" — and pinpoint the broken path in seconds.
